LIMITATIONS PATENTS AND TRADE SECRETS
Any idea or concept considered proprietary information discovered by any partners in the firm during the length of the partnership shall become the property of the partnership. No partner shall have the authority to withhold or use any of this proprietary information, regardless of form (i.e. patents or trade secrets) for their personal benefit. All of such information, as previously stated, is property of the partnership.
